Welcome to ProductFlame! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ProductFlame. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Beta Disclaimer
ProductFlame is currently in beta and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or suitability for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use ProductFlame in compliance with all applicable laws and not to engage in any harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
3. Restricted Countries
ProductFlame is not available for use in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Users from these regions are prohibited from accessing the Service. If a user from one of these countries is found using the Service, their account will be banned. Any ongoing subscription will be refunded for the current month (or the current year if on a yearly subscription), and trial accounts will be canceled immediately.
4. Account Termination and Refund Policy
Refunds for ongoing subscriptions may be possible but are not guaranteed. If you have a valid reason, you may request a refund by contacting [email protected].
5. Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or disputes arising from your use of ProductFlame.
6. Third-Party Services
ProductFlame integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, OAuth providers and SMTP providers (chosen by you). Those are third party providers are required for some features to function properly. If you do not want to deal with any of it, do not use the corresponding feature. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of these third-party services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ProductFlame at any time without prior notice if we believe you are in violation of these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You can always contact us by email ([email protected]) if you believe you did nothing wrong.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and European Union.
